USG helped Access eForms launch their new patient eSignature solution called "Focus", which extends the hospital's business process directly to the patient on their own personal devices, resulting in a better patient experience and increased convenience. USG coordinated the branding, brand launch strategy, and all marketing and content involved in the product launch.

Project Details

The CEO of Access eForms, Tim Elliott, recognized the need to adapt to changing consumer trends where patients expect to interact with companies on their own devices. To address this need, Access eForms poured resources into developing a new eSignature solution that would enable patients to eSign any document on their own device. USG helped coordinate the branding and launch strategy, naming the solution "Focus" and creating a tagline of "Go beyond forms".

USG also positioned Focus as "eSignature 3.0", moving the business process to the patient device and connecting with the patient anywhere. To market the new solution, USG created a campaign called "Focus on Me" featuring real people using the solution on their own devices and emphasizing the convenience and improved patient experience.
