Haffty Consulting works exclusively with hospitals that run MEDITECH as their EHR platform: decades of deep technical experience, high-touch relationship-driven service, and a human-centered mission serving some of the most critical and under-resourced healthcare settings in the country.

The website undersold all of it. It served them fine at launch, but as the firm's reputation in the MEDITECH space grew, the static, dated site stopped keeping up: it failed to communicate their value or speak to the hospital executives evaluating them against large, commoditized consulting firms.

This engagement was won on fluency. UPWARD's founder spent twenty years inside acute healthcare; the discovery conversations happened in the client's own language, and it shows in every line of the site.

We ran a story-first process: concise, confident messaging aimed directly at MEDITECH hospital leaders; a structure for how Haffty tells who they are, what they do, and why hospitals trust them with high-stakes projects; and a clean, elegant design that communicates the three pillars of their brand: trust, competence, and care.

The site runs on a Webflow CMS their team publishes to without a developer, because a consulting firm's insights should never wait on a vendor.
