Holly Strate brings a rare combination of analytical rigor and creative vision to UPWARD. With a background in forensic architecture supporting complex construction litigation cases and a degree in Environmental Design from the University of Colorado, she knows how to dig into details and translate them into compelling visual stories.

At UPWARD, Holly wears two hats: ensuring clients feel supported every step of the way and helping shape the brand imagery and storytelling that makes each project come to life.

She runs UPWARD alongside her husband Cody, and when she's not working, you'll find her cheering on her kids at sporting events, hitting the trails, or fostering dogs in need of a loving home.
