We started with the story, not the screens. Who actually hires Nelson Law Firm, what is at stake for them, and what do they need to believe before they pick up the phone? The answer reset everything: construction defect first, homeowners and HOAs named as the people the firm exists for, and three decades of results told plainly instead of buried in a menu.
Then the face of it: a modern, quietly confident site; professional photography and film of Mark and the team in their own offices, because trust is a face, not a stock photo; significant results promoted to the main navigation; and the practice organized around who the firm serves, in the words those clients actually search.
Underneath, the part no visitor sees and the part that gets a firm found. The site now tells search engines and AI assistants, in the structured language they read, exactly what Nelson Law Firm is: Colorado's premier construction defect firm, representing homeowners and HOAs, with more than $500 million recovered. Its page title leads with the same facts. The site was built to be read by machines as clearly as by people.
And we stayed. Content, search, and AI findability have been tended continuously since launch. That is where the compounding happened.
